The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo

I saw this movie today and it was amazing. It really makes you think and the ending is unexpected. It's not a movie for everyone though. The person I went to see it with thought it was boring. In my opinion its good.

Crossed by Ally Condie

The first book Matched was good it had action and romance, but this book disappointed me a bit. In my opinion, it had too much of their love. Which I understand considering it's about how they were in the first book and the struggles they had to face. Then, in this book having to find each other while running away from the Society, but it repeated it too much. The only thing new were the characters and the ending was not what you expected. I guess this book had too much romance in it for me because a couple of my friend's read it and they thought it was amazing. In other words, I recommend this book only for people who enjoy romances. Those of my team for horrors/thrillers, fantasy, and Sci-Fi- Fiction do not read the book unless you have to. I was bored out of my mind.

Nocturne By Syrie James

Nicole was on her way home from an amazing weekend in Colorado when she went for a friend's wedding. On the way to the airport Nicole almost got struck by an avalanche which caused her to slip and roll down a hill. In the middle of nowhere with a concussion, Nicole thought she was done for. Then a handsome stranger appeared and rescued her then to her back to his beautiful home. There he tends her and let's her stay until the storm has passed. Michael is mysterious and seems to want nothing to do with Nicole. They both begin by hating each other, but the attraction is too much for them to handle. They can't let things happen because they each have dark secrets on their own, but Nicole has no idea that Michael's could mean life or death.
Okay, so I finished reading this book this morning and it was amazing! I wouldn't mine reading it again! This story of forbidden love was so exciting and intense. Syrie did an amazing job blending in historical facts and medical facts (which probably took a lot of research) with the background for Michael's story. Though this book is more of a romance novel it still reigns a bunch of emotion from the reader. I'm pretty sure I cried and laughed because of this book. To wrap it up, (get it wrap because Christmas is coming!?:P You guys have no sense of humor....) this is another MUST READ. It most certainly made my "favorite books" list.

Alvin and The Chipmunks (Chipwrecked)

I just saw this movie today and honestly I thought it was going to be so boring, but it wasn't. This movie was adorable! If that's possible for a movie? It had a lot of latest and good songs by various artists including Lady Gaga. It had my family and I laughing at the trouble Alvin caused and "awwwing" at the cute lovey-dovey scenes. In all, this movie is fun film to go see with family and/or friends.

Hush Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick

Last week, I read Hush Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick. In my opinion this is one of the greatest books ever written. The characters were so full of life and did things 'we' can relate to. Then of course there was the romance which actually I liked, no check that I loved! I'm not really for romance, but this book had more action and awkwardness than love. My favorite character (and my dream boyfriend) Patch, is so mysterious, so sexy, so perfect will have everyone waiting on his every word. This is a MUST READ.
